work in progress...
do you know how some projects, whilst amazingly satisfying for the knitter, are really boring to present image-wise?
that's where I'm at right now. There and also in the place where the camera batteries have died and going to get more is just an effort I'm not willing to make on a cold, rainy Saturday night.
This is what I'm working on, for what it's worth! I usually hate resorting to a re-photographed image of the pattern; I just feel you deserve more? but, hey, that's where we are at, so we'll go with the flow...
It's "Potter", from Nora Gaughan vol.5. I'm using some Bendigo Woollen Mill "backroom" stock (I think it may be unbanded Merino Magic?), that I picked up during last year's Sheep & Wool show.
so the blog gets neglected for a little longer, I guess. Hope you all stick around, cos I promise it'll get better :)

Oooh! That pattern is one of my faves from the new Norah Gaughan. I'll stick around to see it through fo-sho!
i hope when you finish it you will also model it wearing a hard hat :)

I think that's one reason why I'm blogging less - I've pretty much given up showing the in progress shots, so I just blog stuff when it is finished!
Can't wait to see it in the green! I've been peeping some Norah patterns for this fall, can't wait to see your finished product!!!
Know the feeling... I blogged chilli! Sheesh. But I'll second Dr K on wearing the hard hat to model the finished object!
I too know what you mean... I think the restoration of a hard rubbish find will be featuring on my blog for a while.
Beautiful colour by the way, I can't wait to see the finished product!
