Thanks to everyone who has offered advice and solutions to my felting issues!

I ended up posting on Melbourne's s'n'b site, and got heaps of replies about local (cheap) feltable wools, which has been a big help.

One blogger suggested Patons Jet had been successful for her, and I had some in my stash, not enough for anything particular (how many beanies does Babygirl need??) so here goes nothing!

While the colourway is a bit young for my taste, I think it should felt up to a rather pretty blend, and there's always one little girl that could use an extra bag, right?!
