I knew immediately that it was my catalogues I ordered from Phildar, taking advantage if their end of season sale.
Unfortunately they'd already closed for the day at that stage, so it was a case of up early the next morning, and race down there before work!
I got two children's pattern books and two adults. As is always the case, there are some patterns you love and some you wouldn't go near - I doubt there's a book out there that everyone loves every single piece in it.
It has added a few more things to my "to-do" list, however!
I also managed to get some bias binding that I think will be suitable to finally finish my Phildar Swing Jacket. I'm going to attempt sewing it on tonight, so will post photos if I have any success...

so true about the pattern books: it's like "Best of" CDs, there's always a couple of tracks you never listen to, and there's always at least one of your favourites missing, like "Whose idea of a Best of is this anyway"?!
I love pattern books! Even if there's only a pattern or two I'd make, I still love them for the eye candy.
