jumpin' jaywalkers!
Lily's Jaywalkers are finished!
I used some Opal Dreamcatcher #1237, from my stash and made the smaller size in the pattern, and they fit really well.
and more importantly, she loves them :)
My first pair of socks down for Southern Summer of Socks, yay!
I had also cast on a pair of Spring Pools, but got really confused with the heel flap/gusset part? I haven't knitted many socks toe-up, and it just baffled me. So much so, that I couldn't work my way out of it and ended up ripping them. I'll have another go later on when I've had more time to get it clear in my head how it all works...
Work still plods away on Wallis, but boy, that double-knitting band at the bottom goes s-l-o-w-l-y. I'm heading off to our monthly S'n'B today, so hoping to put a few hours solid work into it and get it over and done with!
hope your week is going well ;)

It's another pink kid! I feel like I'm looking at Em :)
Pretty socks - I too noticed the pink theme though my DD [22yo] doesn't like pink at all having been pink-mad until her early teens!
The socks look great! But all that pink - my eyes, my eyes!!
Nice jaywalkers and though there is a lot of pink, I am of the opinion that if you like a colour, you should indulge yourself!!!
it's cos I denied her pink as a baby, I'm sure ;)
I really like your Honeycomb vest! Thinking of knitting one myself. My last vest was a bit of a disaster, so thanks for the tips on reading the pattern.
Jump n jive, a big high five for Lily's Jays!
Hey, how was the roller derby?
