it's showtime again!

Follows of this blog will know that the Red Hill Show in Victoria is one of my favourite country shows, and it's on again this weekend - March 28th.

I have entered a few items in the Craft section again this year, and as I hold the *blue* ribbons for Section 63: Tea Cosy for the last two years, I am now under serious pressure to pull a hat trick!

My entries this year are a classic garter stitch design in Cranberry and Silver...

(could that bow be any bigger?!)

and my own design, a flouncy gathered cosy of delicate pink with black trim. Very girly, and topped with a beautiful button and tassel.

I also entered a little vest...

and these tiny booties...

so if you're in the vicinity, come and check out the Show on Saturday - it's a gorgeous event, filled with local talent and laid back country charm.

And if you're a local, check out the competition in the craft section for next year...!

(just stay away from the tea cosy section - that's MINE!!!!)

Go Girl! Like all posh designer brands, pink tea cosy needs a name, yes? Like... Vivian. Or.... Bella. Or....Principessa. Why is it Italian sounds so much more..... romantic. Yes. That's what your tea cosy is, romantic. Not vintage, not classic, not baroque. Romantic. Lovely Jubely. Glad to be of service. :-)

I know you can do it - I know you can! I've got everything crossed for you - and it's not because my house is cold this morning!

Is it rude to ask where you got the pattern for the silver and red one please? It's gorgeous! Word verification is binge so I had to comment!
